Firm President

Mr. Brudy serves as the President and CEO of the Firm.  With over 30 years of experience he concentrates his practice in the areas of energy (oil, gas, coal & minerals), real estate, business development, estate planning and virtual family offices.  Mr. Brudy is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and Title Insurance Agent.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Master’s Degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law. In addition to being admitted to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Courts, he is admitted to practice before the United State District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court.  Mr. Brudy was honored in 2011, 2013 and 2015 by the Pittsburgh Business Times – Dallas Business Journal – Houston Business Journal as one of the leaders in the “Who’s Who in Energy”.  Additionally, he is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
